Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders to mainland UK—no minimum spend required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 4–7 working days and delivered in 5–7 working days. During busy times (sales, holidays, etc.), please allow a little extra time.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your Fenella Clothing pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. (Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty.)
