Our Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but in the event that you wish to make a return, please follow the below guidelines.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fenella Online Returns,
 "Fenella returns & sorting centre, Fenella, 1-3 Barnby Gate, Newark, NG24 1PX"
Alternatively you may return your items to any of our high-street stores, however in this case we can only provide an exchange and not a refund. Use our shipping locator to find a store nearest to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received at our warehouse, checked and the item is in good condition we will send you a confirmation email and a refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your card or original method of payment within 2-4 working days if not immediately depending on your bank.

Exchanges 
In the extremely rare case an item is defective or damaged or you'd simply like a different size. We can exchange your item for the same item. Please send us an email at: sales@fenellaclothing.com and send your item back to our warehouse we will send your replacement out immediately. We cannot process multiple exchanges on orders, in the rare case you return your exchange we add credit to your customer account.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase
unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
We cannot provide refunds in any of our high-street stores however can can offer exchanges. 
We cannot provide a refund if your items have any sign of use or damage, your item must be in the same condition as it was received.
