Our Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but in the event that you wish to make a return, please follow the below guidelines.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Also your item must be in the same condition as it was received.
We cannot provide a refund if your items have any sign of use or damage.
Once your return is received and checked and the item is in good condition we will send you a confirmation email and a refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your card or original method of payment within 2-4 working days if not immediately depending on your bank.

In the extremely rare case an item is defective or damaged or you'd simply like a different size. We can exchange your item for the same item. Please send us an email at: sales@fenellaclothing.com and send your item back to our warehouse we will send your replacement out immediately.
