Our Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but in the event that you wish to make a return, please follow the below guidelines.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Also your item must be in the same condition as it was received.
We cannot provide a refund if your items are damaged. For example the items have been stretched, visible makeup marks, tanning products stains or unidentifiable smells or marks on the fabric.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked and the item is in good condition we will send you a confirmation email and an immediate refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-4 working days if not immediately depending on your bank.

Exchanges 
In the extremely rare case an item is defective or damaged or you'd simply like a different size. We can exchange your item for the same item. Please send us an email at: info@fenellaclothing.com and send your item back to our warehouse we will send your replacement out immediately.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund or exchanged products to reach you may vary however as soon as your returned item arrives We will send your refund or exchange out the very same day.
